We're joined by Astronaught Belle Bowe & Sir Chris Yarnell of Southend, and right now, the sun is rising over the brown and white houses of Sarfend.

News just in, it was 5am Tea Madness, and I've just been informed it is now 6.05 am in Duck's room.

We're currently treating our ears to an EARGASM with the sweet sound of Mumford & Sons' cover of Calvin Harris - I'm Not Alone.

If you're just tuning in, it is now 6.57 am and The Biscuit Dance has been and gone, just. It was, how do the French say? Very Good.

The sun, now, is well & truly up.

We've ventured to the Courtyard and sat on a Spaceinvaders quilt, what joy we had.
We spliffed and enjoyed eachothers' company. Fine times were had.

I've just managed to be convinced to join in in the phenomononon that is MEATSPIN.biz..
It didn't succeed, but managed to give my laptop a fair old pop uperoonie.

They then teased my stoned brain with using the word PHENOMONONON and turning it into the BNBN advert theme song. Baffled I am.

It's now 7.37 and we're on our 12th or somethingTH spliff.. and the music is going down smoothly, it always does.

Yoga & Spliff is being combined at this moment in time by this here Astronaught. It's.... impressive, I must say so. I must.
